Center adds second Dwight Yoakam concert April 28


Carmel (February 6, 2012) – The Center for the Performing Arts today announced a second performance by country music star Dwight Yoakam. Tickets for the April 28 performance at the Palladium are on sale now at www.TheCenterForThePerformingArts.org. At 10 a.m. today, tickets are available at the Palladium box office and by phone at 317-843-3800.

Yoakam’s April 27 concert at the Palladium is nearly sold-out. Both performances are at 8 p.m.

Dwight Yoakam, a Kentucky native, is known for his catchy melodies paired with poignant, brilliant lyrics that mesmerize with their indelible imprint. In addition to his music career, Yoakam is an acclaimed actor, who seemingly melts into his roles, impressively standing toe-to-toe with some of the world’s top thespians: Jodie Foster, Tommy Lee Jones, Forest Whitaker, Nicholas Cage.
